Shangri-Las Fijian Resort and Spa flew in two Bangkok chefs and tea masters when the hotel hosted industry partners to a Chinese banquet last Thursday at Nadis Restaurant 88. The Namaka eatery was a hive of activity as guests were taken on a cultural journey of international flavour and cuisine. The event was part of the Bula Fiji Tourism Exchange and attended by visiting journalists and buyers.
