A-G raises education concerns

Aqela Susu
Wednesday, August 23, 2017

ECONOMY Minister and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has raised concerns at what he says seems to be a lot of bureaucracy and clientelism within the Education Ministry.

And Mr Sayed-Khaiyum said some education officials were cannibalising their core business by taking high performing school principals back to headquarters instead of leaving them in schools.

Read Mr Sayed-Khaiyum's comments on the bureaucracy in your copy of The Fiji Times newspaper or see the story on our E-Edition which you can subscribe to at this link: http://subs.fijitimes.com.fj
