THE Jack's Nadi soccer side received a timely boost ahead of the Pacific Cup to be held in Auckland later this month.

The Green Machine has the support of Australian-based company, UBNAIR —— an air conditioning company together with a New Zealand-based All In One Builders.

All In One Builders has been supporting the side in their Pacific Cup campaign.

And the icing on the cake, the side has secured the services of master tactician Anand Sami for the Pacific Cup.

Team president Javed Ahmed said the side would be known as Nadi Supported by All in One Builders and UBN for the Pacific Cup.

"Anand jetted in from Sydney on Thursday and joined the side in the afternoon to try and work on a winning combination for the Pacific Cup," he said.

"We are thankful to the two companies that have stepped forward to support us at the Pacific Cup.

"UBNAIR is owned by former Fiji football referee and Nadi Football secretary Umendra Nair who is still actively involved in Fijian soccer and is the Fiji FA liaison executive for Australia. "

Ahmed said the timely boost would inspire the players to give their best.
